Aquatic exercise for people with neurological conditions incuding Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, or anyone wanting to work on mobility and function while building endurance and strength in the pool! This is great place to work on balance and walking skills without fear of falling! Class will incorporate PWR! Moves into training to help make everyday activities fun and more enjoyable!
Participants should be comfortable getting in and out of the pool and walking without assistance for this class. (One-on-one pool sessions available for those that require more assist).
All first-time participants will be required to participate in a brief mobility assessment (included in cost of class).

Urban Poling Workshop

Learn about the many benefits of pole walking including increasing balance and stability, improving core strength, increasing walking tolerance, sculpting your muscles, burning more calories than regular walking, and many more! Learn the various techniques, and the benefits of the Activator Poles over other devices. After trialing the poles, participants will have the opportunity to purchase a set of poles at a discounted rate.
