Services Offered:

  • Physical Therapy

Your journey starts with a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation of your mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. From there, we’ll create a plan that’s uniquely yours—rooted in the latest research on neuroplasticity and guided by your personal goals.

    Your individualized program may include:

     Functional and task-specific training

     Gait and balance retraining

     Strength and mobility exercises

     Posture and movement analysis

 Education for you and your family or caregivers

Led by a board-certified neurologic physical therapist, your care focuses on maximizing independence, safety, and quality of life—right in the comfort of your own home or community.

  • Wellness

Wellness sessions are designed for those who want to continue making progress beyond traditional therapy—or simply maintain strength and mobility over time. These sessions are ideal if you’ve completed insurance-based physical therapy, are newly diagnosed with a neurological condition, or want to stay active and prevent decline.

Using evidence-based exercise, each program is customized to your goals and abilities, focusing on:

     Aerobic and strength training

 Functional mobility and skill development

     Balance and coordination practice

     Long-term self-management and fitness education

Together, we’ll build a plan that helps you feel stronger, move easier, and live more fully—on your terms.

  • Parkinson's Specific Exercise

Exercise can be transformative for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Research shows that regular aerobic and functional movement can slow disease progression and improve both motor and non-motor symptoms.

Beth is certified in PWR! Moves®, a Parkinson’s-specific program that targets skills most affected by PD—helping you move with greater ease, coordination, and confidence.

Your personalized Parkinson’s program may include:

     PWR! Moves® functional training

     High-intensity aerobic exercise

     Balance and coordination drills

     Gait and posture retraining

Each session focuses on helping you stay mobile, independent, and engaged in the activities you love.

  • Aquatics

The pool offers a uniquely supportive environment for movement, recovery, and fitness. Water’s buoyancy reduces pressure on joints while providing gentle resistance that challenges balance and builds strength.

Aquatic therapy sessions can help you:

 Move with less pain or effort

     Improve walking and coordination

 Practice balance safely without fear of falling

 Build endurance and whole-body strength

Whether you’re working toward specific recovery goals or looking to stay active through low-impact exercise, aquatic therapy is a powerful way to support your mobility and well-being.

  • Pilates

Pilates is for everyone. These low-impact exercises focus on strengthening the core—including deep abdominal muscles, low back, and hips—while improving overall mobility. Pilates can support injury rehab or help prevent injuries by enhancing mobility and stability.

Sessions are primarily mat-based unless you have your own reformer. Each session is personalized to address your posture, past injuries, movement concerns, and physical needs, whether you’re a beginner or experienced with Pilates.

Small group classes are also offered. Click here for more info.

  • Group and Community Classes

Find movement that feels good. Whether on the mat, in the pool, or online, our classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and joy in motion.

Move better, build strength, and connect with others in classes designed for every body.

Led by a physical therapist, these small-group and community sessions combine clinical expertise with approachable, enjoyable movement. Whether you’re new to exercise, living with a neurological condition, or simply looking for safe, effective ways to stay active, there’s a class for you.
